When your property is vacant you will be contacted at least once a week with our updates and advice to secure the imminent tenancies.
All applications are thoroughly processed, including references and the tenants’ database checks. We take the selected best tenant to you for final approval.
Smartprop Realty is a member of the established tenant blacklist agency, National Tenancy Database (NTD). NTD is set up to protect you against tenants with a bad history of payments or left a property damaged.
Routine inspections are completed every 3 to 4 months and we send to you our reports after each inspection. Our reports outline the maintenance concerns, the overall condition of the property and our professional recommendations on any aspects requiring attention.
At the end of the month, payments are made to you. A statement is either emailed or posted to you along with any copies of invoices that have been paid on your behalf that month.
